So I downgraded to windows 10 from windows 11 and lost all of my drives and software. I had special audio drivers and software and now can’t get them back. I’ve tried going to there driver website and no luck, doesn’t even show my laptop. Is there anyway to get it back to how it was when I first bought it?

As I replied earlier, the audio software is installed by the Realtek audio driver.

If for some reason the audio driver doesn't install the B&O software, you can factory reset your notebook by making a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery drive with.
