Lost all preinstalled software and drivers

So I downgraded to windows 10 from windows 11 and lost all of my drives and software. I had special audio drivers and software and now can’t get them back. I’ve tried going to there driver website and no luck, doesn’t even show my laptop. Is there anyway to get it back to how it was when I first bought it?

Ive looked at that and the latest i saw was 2h20, Mines 2h22. i also have B&O audio is there anyway to make sure that driver and software is also installed?

Your only option is to use the latest W10 drivers HP has on the support page.

The B&O audio software is installed by the Realtek audio driver.

I’ve looked all over and couldn’t find anything about it, i went to the MS store to download the app and it would not download

If for some reason the audio driver doesn't install the B&O software, you can factory reset your notebook by making a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery drive with.
