Product: HP Omen 15 en0175nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hey guys, I bought my Omen 15 3 days ago. It has rtx 2060. I started playing Dota 2 at low settings and was only able to get >30 fps. However, when I unplug the laptop, I am able to get 60 fps capped. Can anyone help me?
Things that I have tried:
- Update every driver (graphics card, cpu)
- Update BIOS through HP Support Assistant
- Plug my laptop directly to a wall
- Change the settings at NVIDIA control panel and GeForce Experience
- Change the power plan settings to high performance
Basically, I have tried all solutions on the internet and nothing works. My guess is that the charger might be the problem, but I might be wrong.
Please help me! Thanks 😄
