Hi,
I'm not very good with computers and is glad as long as everything is working the way it should. Unfortunately my laptop stoped working a couple of weeks ago. I went with it to the nearby computer support store (not an offical HP Support), and after some work, including having to reset the whole computer, it finally works again! The problem is I now no longer have Microsoft Office installed. It was pre-installed on the laptop when i bought it (back in 2013). Does that mean I have a lincens for the Office-software? Or do I have to buy it now to get access to it again?
Thanks for helping
