Although I bought it and it is on the packing list, I am not seeing MS Office HB 2019 on my new pc (Listed as MS Office HB 2019 AFOLB (although I have no idea what AFOLB means)). Instead, seems the new machine wants me to buy MS365 saying I can't use the trial version that was pre-loaded for more than a few days. I seem to have an option of telling them I have an Office Product Key - although I can't see where that is located. I virtually got no written materials with the box and am thinking Office HB was not loaded. Vitual Assistant was unable to help. I assume I just need to download it and provide evidence I already paid for it, but cannot figure out how to do so. Anybody know? Thanks for listening!

Your machine is a CTO machine. From its specs Microsoft® Office 2019 Home and Business is a Trial version.

Now, you can pay Microsoft to get a key to activate the product.
Regards.

I paid HP for several upgrades, including $249.99 as the upgrade for Office 2019 HB, so that this would be pre-loaded, since I knew I needed to buy it. So, if I now have to pay Microsoft, why did I pay HP? I don't know what CTO means. The trial version is not MS Office HB 2019, but is Office 365, so this reply, while very much appreciated, does not make sense to me. Does anybody know what I am missing? It doesn't seem like I should have to buy it twice.
