Cześć, mam problem z czytnikiem linii papilarnych na laptopie HP ProBook 440 G5.

Próbowałem instalować sterownik do tego, ale to nie zadziałało. Laptop nie wykrywa wbudowanego czytnika.

Jak uruchomiłem menedżer urządzeń to tam tego sterownika nie było. System go nie wykrywa (konfiguracji czytnika wykrywa bo go rzekomo "nie ma").

Czy macie może jakieś rozwiązanie na to?

Windows 10 Pro x64

Support asistant HP nie wykrywa żadnego błędu.

Gwarancji nie ma. komputer był zakupiony jako używany (bez gwarancji).
