I uninstall the driver of my laptop to reinstall and since then the menu on the taskbar are not working anymore. I cannot boot or restart since the Windows key is not responding to click. Please, kindly help.

Access Windows Start when Start on Taskbar is not working
Try / Consider
Settings > Accessibility > Switch ON the On-Screen Keyboard
Position the keyboard at the upper or lower half of your screen and resize if desired.
Use your finger or your mouse to firmly tap the Windows key on the keyboard
Note: Opening the Start menu might require a second try or a "double-tap" on the Windows key
Example - On-Screen Keyboard
