Just received my new laptop today - no product code card with product to install my  MS 365 Personal? Contacted chat - opened claims - shoved me off on a 1-800 number...called support only to have a representative (with roosters - **bleep** a doodle do-ing in the background) - this rep played the your breaking up - transfered me to a number with prompts only to be told support open until 12am - went through prompts only to be told “they are closed?” Seriously HP??? This is the best you can do??? Does anyone know how you get the product code??? I had include it and paid for in my custom order.

It is true that in some parts of the world people are still having to work from home - or they might be working in an environment not protected from outside noises.  I do understand the distraction might be annoying.

I was able to have Tech support help. I needed to login to MS Word in my MS account and was able to activate the plan I paid for. Issue resolved - TY for your reply.
