Microsoft Office Home & Student license missing after windows reset

My HP laptop was purchased with Microsoft Office Home & Student included, as mentioned on the original laptop box. After I reset Windows, the Office license disappeared. When I open Microsoft Word and sign in with my Microsoft account, it asks me to purchase Office or activate a product. I have tried all my Microsoft accounts, but the included Office license is still not available. I have the original laptop box and purchase invoice. Please verify the Office Home & Student entitlement that came with my HP laptop and help me recover the license

Microsoft 365 is free for 30 days on new systems. After the 30 days a plan needs to be purchased. However, you may have a one year free offer to claim as explained here
If you cannot get it to work then possibly that offer expired or it was only good for 30 days

If you subscribed to Office or purchased it outright, the license info (activation) is recorded in your Microsoft account or whatever account you used when Windows was activated..

Log into your Microsoft account

Any subscription will be near the top of the page: Click 'View all subscriptions' to access a download or activate.

If you bought it outright look at the bottom of that page.
