Hp Laptop, Serial number[Personal Information Removed], Product number 7ZuU89UA#ABA. Microsoft Store became inoperable after I uploaded an update from the Hp site. The S mode also became inaccessible. Can't Reset from the cloud; have to reinstall Windows 10 from the broken computer itself, with the same results: no Microsoft Store and the S mode is inaccessible. I really want to turn off the S mode again-it reloaded with the update and now it's stuck in my computer somewhere.
