Understand you are upset about this, but we have no way of diagnosing issues with Microsoft products.
You need to contact MS support about this. Understand that what MS presents as minimal specs for a game are just that -- specs that allow the game to load and do little else. If you do online searches, especially of gaming sites, they will provide more accurate information about what your PC needs to run the game weill.
