Microsoft word has suddenly disappeared. How can I get it back?

Opened up this morning & Microsoft Word has disappeared. My word docs are opening in Wordpad - useless. I guess I need to reinstall but can only find re-buy' & I'm already paying for the full Office in 365. have HP Care Pack but they aren't answering.

If you are subscribed to Office 365, Microsoft has your subscription information.

There is no need to purchase what you already have - check your subscription / account information.
