Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I did a complete new setup for win7 on my elderly notebook "HP Pavilion g6-1254sg". Before I will do the upgrade to win10 I wanted to solve an issue with the missing driver für the "SM-Bus-Controller". Does anyone know where I can find this for download? Thank you for your help in advance.

You need this driver for the smbus controller...

 

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.
