Pavilion g6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a windows 10, HP Pavilion g6, and wanted the youtube app as the internet version is really slow and freezes constantly. I couldn't find it on the app so i downloaded it on the web version of microsoft store, however it's no where to be found. I've searched for it and even tried to download it again, but it keeps saying "you already own this app". Can anyone help?

Look for the application is in the Apps list where you can check / reset (possibly) / uninstall the application.

Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Owning it might not mean the app is installed.

If you look up the app in the Microsoft Store and the store finds the app on your system, it will provide you a "launch" option.

I suggest you ask for help:    Microsoft Community

This is, after all, a "Windows thing".

Assuming the application installed,

Look for it in your Windows Start menu.

Depending on the version of Windows 10,

Open Windows Start (windows key)

Open "All apps" list

The application might be listed as "new" at the top

OR

Scroll down through the list and look for the category / application
