HP Notebook - 15-ba014ng
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Dear Supporter,

I recently bought the HP 15-ba014ng without an OS. I successfully installed all missing drivers after Win 8.1 pro installed the most common ones. But one device is still unknown and I get the errormessage:

 

The driver for this device was not installed. (Code 28)

There a no suitable drivers for this device.

Click on "update drivers" for finding the right drivers.

You need this driver...The W10 driver from your notebook's support page should also contain the drivers for W8.1 and W7...

 

This package provides the driver that enables the Synaptics TouchPad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.
