Product: HP Compaq 2710p tablet pc
I bought it used with outdated Linux OS. I installed windows 7 ultimate and upgraded to 10 pro. Troubleshooter cannot find 3 drivers. [base system device driver],[PCI simple communications controller driver],and [PCI serial port driver]. I searched HP support and Google to no avail. Can someone please help this pathetic noob?

PCI Simple Comms & PCI Serial Port:

 

This package provides the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

Base System Device:

 

This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The Ricoh Media Card Reader driver provides support for the following media: Memory Stick, xD-Picture Card, MMC, SD, and SmartCard.
