Product: USB C Dock G5

Hello.

 

I recently bought an HP Victus gaming laptop and got an HP USB C Dock G5  to support the peripherals. I have this issue where if the computer goes to sleep, it stops registering anything connected to the dock except for the monitors. 

 

1. Comp is up. Mouse and Keyboard (plugged into dock) work

2. Comp goes to sleep zzz.

3. Wake Comp up

4. Mouse and keyboard aren't registering movement but monitors are up. Laptop trackpad works

5. Unplug and Replug USC C connecting USB C Dock G5 

6. Mouse and Keyboard work again

 

Please help. I am running out of ideas. Thanks!

Geoforce RTX 5060

8 GB GDDR7

16 GB DDR5-5600 RAM
