Product: HP Chromebook 11A G8 Education Edition

I want to be able to move apps on my chromebook to the sd card., like I can on my android phone.  I have the chromebook in developer mode.  Ultimately, my purpose is to either move all the apps to the sd card or at least be able to install the Android Development Studio to the SD card
