Hi,
In the HP support assistant and the subsequent section for software & driver updates, there are multiple updates available. When I try to download the updates for the "Elan Touchpad Driver", the "Genesys card reader driver" and the "Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) driver" they always fail.
I recall this also happened earlier in the year and maybe even late last year and I just left it.
Any fix or possible reasons for this?
Thanks,
Idris
