I have an EscapePod 13 GEN processor. It’s the windows 11 edition, and I’m a writer, which makes this even more frustrating for me. I’ll be typing along, and although my information disappears and I can easily put it back with control Z, it shouldn’t be doing that, but that’s beside the point. My major issue is that the cursor, while I am typing, will jump to another portion of my page and start typing there instead. Often times, because I do not stare at my hands or the screen while I’m typing, I won’t realize it until a couple of sentences in. You may be able to understand how infuriating this is—-how time-consuming it is—and how draining this becomes after several times. And when I say several times, I’m talking about several times within five minute increments. So, has anyone else had this happen? Is it the model? Or am I just unlucky enough to have a messed up, one-off system?
