The messages that pop up say "You do not have permission to access to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission." It never showed this message until I contaced HP about another issue and they did some random updates to my computer. It always won't let me just add a folder. I always have to hit some extra buttons that I never used to have to do. It says "You need to confirm this operation". It never showed this messages until the HP did the updates.
