Soon after updating windows 11, my HP Notebook - 14s-cr2000tu laptop is not starting and showing only Microsoft account login page. When I try to login with my user id and password it's throwing a popup message as NO INTERNET CONNECTION, TRY TO CONNECT TO A NETWORK.

Hi @SandySarvagna1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on, and try connecting to a known working network. Check if the Wi-Fi button or switch is enabled on your notebook.
- If possible, use an Ethernet cable to directly connect your notebook to the router to check if it bypasses the issue.
Forget and Reconnect to the Network:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
- Click on 'Manage known networks', select your network, and choose 'Forget'.
- Reconnect to your network by entering the Wi-Fi credentials.
Update Drivers:
- Boot into Safe Mode with Networking to check if you can access the internet from there. To do this, restart your notebook and repeatedly press the F8 key until you see the Advanced Boot Options menu. Select "Safe Mode with Networking".
- Once in Safe Mode, check for any latest updates for your network drivers. You can access Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button, selecting Device Manager, then checking under Network adapters for any updates.
System Restore:
- If the issue persists, you might consider performing a system restore to revert to a point before the Windows 11 update was applied.
- Search for Create a restore point in the taskbar and select it. On the System Properties window, click System Restore to select a restore point from before the update.
Internet Connection Troubleshooter:
- Run the Windows Internet troubleshooter by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Under 'Internet Connections', select 'Run the troubleshooter' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check Microsoft Account Synchronization:
- In rare cases, Microsoft account needs internet to sync and login on a first-time setup. Ensure your account information is correct.
- You can also try logging in with a local account if you have one set up.
I hope this helps.
