Hey....
well i recently bought this HP Stream 14 and its not running windows im unsure of why and also any app or extensions i want to download has an problem the extension say i have to update but im unsure of how and the apps are just turning into files so im confused...any help?

- When you say apps are turning into files, what kind of files are they — do you see .exe, .zip, or something else?
- Are you signed into a Microsoft account on the laptop, or is it operating offline?
