Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
When I run the Optimize program, it completes the function, but fails all the options that I select. Should I uninstall it and then reinstall it? I have Norton installed. Is it possible that it has taken over the program?
