ZBook Studio G5 2ZC52EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new HP ZBook Studio G5 with product number 2ZC52EA, but it has been lagging since the beginning and videos on YouTube, for example, are also lagging for example. Even when I'm browsing on different browsers like Chrome and FireFox, the laptop is stuck and lags. He only works slowly. How can I solve this? It is seen as a Mobile Workstation, but how the laptop now behaves, you can no longer call it a Workstation.  The laptop lags with everything I try to do. Even Word or Powerpoint. Please help!

Yes it should be a monster not a weakling. Turn it off and then on and tap esc to get a menu then F2 for diagnostics? Check the hard drive and memory. Please report the results back.

Do you still have the option to return it to place of purchase? We are not going to have easy quick fix answers for you I'm afraid.

No I don`t :(. I only have 3 year warranty. But even if the fix is not easy just tell me the steps please.

Patient: "I am feeling a little chest pain and overall tired and weak. Doctor please tell me how to fix myself". Doctor: "I don't know. Could be many things. Do you need a triple bypass procedure or maybe you just need to cut back on the partying? Hard to say without examining you."

You have an app called HP Support Assistant if you are still running the factory installed Windows and apps provided on the laptop. Open HP Support Assistant and select "My PC" and you see this on troubleshooting:
