My PC was functioning well since purchase in 2018 and still ok except Battery issues and one persistent issue, PC doe not wake by mousepad click or keyboard after on  sleep mode for longer time a few hours.  On less than 10 minutes of sleep time, it wakes up most of the time but fails to do so at random instance.  I am ordinary user in academics and do not do gaming.  I searched in the internet in windows community posts and HP community with similar cases such as the power management tab in the device manager as well as its associated settings in device manager are missing or grayed out.  Niether exists the USB-Wake support feature option in BIOS where to adjust settings as to how PC should wake up from sleep.  The problem was there when it was running the original windows 10 Home right after i bought but ignored it to find solution but still persisted after upgrading to windows 11 (i used lausy method back then by setting the pC never to sleep until i normally shutdown-battary was no issue at that time there is no period of power-outage).  I found it is annoying to switch on and off now and then since on-battary duration is dwindling over time (or forced shutdown with power button when PC unables to wakeup)  .  Even if i have to replace a battery or buy a new HP notebook, i am curious now that what feature is involved in this kind of anomaly to make the right decisison. I should make sure to make best out of the product i purchase. Please can you help with issue?

I have tried the follwing

1. upgraded to the latest windows11 home version 22H2

2. Upgraded the BIOS to the latest with the help of HP assistant

3.Updated drivers related to associated devices (keypad and mouth pad)

4.Explored options for power management with the OS

I have seen one case in the HP community with similar features in the PC disabled but were associated to external USB hub nothing corresponded to mine.  Thanks in advance for possible help.
