Product: Elitebook 840 G3

So i came back from a trip and tried to turn on my laptop but it didn't work, it was plugged in and after i held down the power button for like 30 seconds and after  that the caps lock button went solid white with no blinking for like 2 seconds and everything went off again. Nothing else lit up while this happened. After that my charger light blinked white and yellow for like 3 to 4 seconds and i also noticed the laptop was giving me tiny electric shocks whenever i touched the keyboard. After that the charging light kept on blinking orange for a long time. Pls someone help me.
