Hello there,
My OMEN command center doesn't show the lighting option and other options as well.
I tried many tutorials and my BIOS is updated to the latest version, but still missing various option as per what I have seen.
I have only bought this laptop less than a month ago.
What can I do? Any guidance?

@moeash7, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Your PC has the "Full-size 2-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO". Refer to the specifications document for details
So it won't have the option to change lighting what so ever in the Omen Command Center.
It has to have the 4 zone keyboard for that.
For other options, try uninstalling the HP Omen Command center from Control panel>Programs and Features. Install the command center from here.
Also, refer to the document HP OMEN Command Center for help.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
