My battery percentage is not decreasing, it is stuck. When i plug it, it goes up but as soon as i unplug it it stops moving. Its a brand new computer, i tried re-installing the battery driver and re-installing windows and updating the bios in windows and also calibrating the battery but no change..

Since you mentioned that the battery percentage does not decrease, does it drain quickly or does it work normally?

As far as it's not affecting the performance, nothing to worry about.

However, try and update the bios and see how it goes. Click here and select your current version OS and install.
