Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx
The built-in microphone on my HP ENVY has stopped working. I think Norton Driver updater is the culprit. How to I determine which driver needs to be installed? Device manager says it is unplugged., and when I click on update drive, it says there is no driver for the device. How do I fix this? I'm not comfortable deleting the device and having Windows reinstall it. However, if that is how to fix it, I will do it. Any help will be appreciated.
