Defective Laptop-----------------
Hello everyone ,
I am hoping HP can help or anybody else because there is not a hotline I can call without getting scammed.
1st off this laptop is nearly brand new used less than 20 times for sure.
Randomly one day my keyboard, mouse pad and touch screen stopped working when i stepped out and left pc on for about 30 minutes. Nothing worked at al when i came back l and its been frustrating.
I called an HP support number and got scammed $60 diagnosing the PC , than after nothing fixed i took the laptop to geek squad at best buy and they down graded the software to a lower microsoft and it worked until the laptop rested its self and now stuck with the same problem. I took it back to Geek squad and they said they cant fix and would have to send it to the manufacture and i rather do that myself then keep it with them for another 3 months with $300 down the drain. I just need this fixed. Its the one of the top of the line laptop and i feel i received a defective one.
HP please help! I need this fixed please!
Thanks.
