  • My HP Envy ×360 convertible laptop was stolen. I would like to locate and recover it using the serial number and product ID. Please assist me.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you your Laptop is lost and you need help with finding it.

 

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to find the lost unit.

However, you need to report the incident to your local law enforcement agency.

 

The Law Enforcement authorities should contact HP Security at 1-978-474-3651 or email asig@hp.com if they need any information concerning the lost, found, or stolen unit. This number is only to be used by Law Enforcement.
