My laptop is brand new. The login screen name is not me. Help?

hp pavilion x360 convertible

I bought my hp x360 pavilion convertible new it already shows the man fact warranty expired. (Bought it at Sam's Club) My sign in screen when you start the computer says "Kyler Bell" and asks for a pin. I am not Kyler Bell and I do not know this user. Help?

You know what it wrong, yes?

This is not a new computer.

Someone else had the computer and put an account on it.

 

The item was perhaps returned to Sam's and the customer lied about having used it.

Store doesn't check and restocks the item as "new".

It happens.

It might have happened in this case.

It might not even be the same computer.

 

Return the item to the store from which you purchased it.

Take your receipt with you.
