For those with this freezing problem. My solution is this driver. (non-whql-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.3.1-win10) My system is af148ca 15 notebook with AMD A8-7410APU with integrated Radeon R5 graphics. The HP website driver would work, but it lagged. This driver works perfect with no lag in games or freezing every five minutes and no mouse cursor stutter. It also includes Radeon Software for setting up you Graphics. Download from this link. https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-16-3.
