My laptop uses huge data automatically. Disabled settings but not working.

My laptop exhaust all my data suddenly as connected. I disabled require updates and other settings but it doesnt work. I checked my laptop with some technicians but they even not able to resolve the issue. What's wrong happened with my laptop?
