I ordered an HP Pavillion Gaming yesterday and tried the order. The order said successful at first then was subsequently DECLINED even if I had the correct funds and amount for the laptop. I checked my bank statements and despite the money (full charge) being taken HP continuously showed that the transaction was declined. When I called my bank, they told me that the transaction had went through. This makes absolutely no sense and when I tried getting support there was little to no help. I find this very frustrating and I am beyond upset at how this was handled. I have not received my money back and my order has been declined for over 24 hours.
