My pc cant see blank DVD

So I have EliteBook but it wont display blank disks(I cant burn files on it, or see it and set them up)

Does anybody have solution?

And I can see on EliteBook disks what have files on it

you can use, read, several types of cd/dvd?
but there you mentioned a dvd in particular?
it is possible that some dvd models are not recognized
do you have different models to try?

A PC can not "read" a blank disk any more than it can read a blank drive.  IF the PC does not see the optical disk in the drive, then that is a different issue.

Yes I tried it with different DVD models and it reads every disk what have files on it

Sorry that's just wrong word for it. I meant to that pc cannot see blank DVD when I put it in

Can you use
a commercial audio cd?
an audio cd burned by you or someone
a commercial or engraved video DVD
a cd, or dvd, with various files
Can different blank cds of different brands be burned?
can different dvds of different brands be burned
are the dvds dvd dvd+r, dvd-r, dvd rw, dvd-rw etc

check and try

CD or DVD Cannot Burn Discs (Windows 7)
