My product key is not to be found in motherboard

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion 15-n011tx

HP Pavilion 15-n011tx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Serial number: [Private information removed]
Product number: F2C08PA
My warranty has expired in 2016.
But the issue I'm having is my product key which was being set up at the time of purchase of windows 8 is not found in my motherboard.
I have contacted Microsoft for the activation they helped me to try to search for the original product key. They were not able to extract the product key and insisted on getting it from the hp support team.
Now, when I did contact the virtual team they directly dismissed my issue stating my warranty has expired.
I would really appreciate it if HP team can help me get my original Product key.

Hi @klohar19

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
