I have a

N5R26UA#ABA Pavilion laptop that the hard drive has completely died. How do i get a recover cd or download so I can install on new hard drive

You have two options:

 

1.  You can install W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:

2. If you want the original HP factory image that came with your notebook, the only place I know of where you can find that would be from this vendor at the link below:
