Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop overheated while plugged in and the battery is starting to show a swell. I want to contact repair to solve this issue but every time I try to add my number to my account or set up a call back I get this error "This mobile number is not available." How do I solve this?
