My touchpad (mousepad) was not workinng. So I was advised to update, which also didn't work. Then I was advised to reinstall it, for which I needed to uninstall the driver, which I did. Except, now I cannot find the driver compatible for my device. There are drivers for only windows 10 on the site.

 

Please help me resolve the issue as soon.

To resolve touchpad issues on your HP Pavilion x360 running Windows 11, follow these steps to find and reinstall the correct driver:

HP Support Assistant:

  • Use the HP Support Assistant to find and reinstall the drivers for your touchpad. This tool can help identify your PC and recommend the appropriate drivers. If HP Support Assistant is not installed, you can download it from the HP Support Assistant webpage.

Windows Update:

  • Ensure your system is up-to-date. Windows Update can sometimes provide drivers for your hardware components. Access Windows Update by searching for "Check for updates" and install any available updates, especially optional ones.

Device Manager:

  • Check Device Manager for any generic drivers provided by Windows. Right-click on the device under the "Mice and other pointing devices" category, click "Update driver," then "Search automatically for updated driver software."
