Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I've got a HP Notebook-14-am020tu (Product number:X0S87PA). It came with Windows 10 pre-installed which crashed.

Now I am unable to find the recovery disk so I installed Windows 7 but I am unable to find drivers for Windows 7 on HP site.

Please help getting drivers for atleast Wireless so that I can browse the internet.

Hi:

 

You should be able to use the W7 x64 drivers and software from the HP 250 G5 on your model, except the BIOS and firmware files.

 

Your model uses the Intel graphics driver.

Here is the link to the wifi driver you need...

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72879.exe

 

You will also need the bluetooth driver for that model wifi card...
