Notebook 15 bs579tx
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi Team,

I have installed  Windows 7 64bit in my Notebook 15 bs579tx laptop. But now I am unable to get any drivers for that particular laptop for Win7 64bit in your support site.

Can you provide me the correct link from where I can download the drivers so that I can use my newly purchased laptop.

Please revert on this request ASAP.

Waiting for your response.

Hi, @SrikantP

You might run into trouble finding a good driver for the AMD graphics your notebook has.

HP doesn't have a W7 driver, and I don't know how the generic AMD graphics driver and the HP intel driver will work together.

In any event...You should be able to use all of the W7 x64 drivers and software from the 15t-ay000 on your model, except the BIOS and firmware files, and I don't think the AMD graphics driver on that support page will work.  It is for the M430.

You will also need the usb 3 driver...not on the above support page.

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

AMD graphics driver...you want the 1st one listed on the webpage...

HP only provides Windows 10 drivers. You have the Intel Skylake platform which CAN run Windows 7 even though Microsoft would prefer you not do so.

We are going to need for you to provide hardware IDs one by one to find useable Windows 7 drivers.

@Paul_Tikkanen  can help if anyone.

As drivers are not available on internet, So I had replaced Win7/8 to Win 10 and then I installed all the drivers downloaded from HP drivers recommended link.

Now every thing is working fine.

Thanks for your quick support.
