HP Notebook - 14-bp100nj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm trying to run Adobe Premier pro on my computer, but the GFX driver is not supported.
Adobe suggest to download the latest driver from Intel site, which I did.
When trying to install the driver I get a notification that the drivers are locked by the manufacture and the driver cannot be installed.
Searching the web I found something called "Drivelock", I tried to follow the instructions from https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c01674996, but the Drivelock option is not showing on my BIOS.
I also updated the BIOS version to the latest found on HP site, but still can't find it.

So I tried to download the latest GFX driver from HP, but it's says that the installed version is NEWER!!!! I don't know how this is possible.

So, I ran out of ideas.
Help will be much appreciated.

p.s the master password in the BIOS is not set. I don't know if setting it will open more options in the BIOS menu.
I don't want to set the password if I don't have to because this things are bound to be forgotten

Hi Ub6424,

Usinig the uninstall tool - DDU worked great!
The driver you gave was also to old for ADOBE PREMIER.. I started to replay you and than I had an idea to uninstall it and try to install the latest driver from Intel....IT worked!!!!
The driver protection didn't make any problems and now everything is working fine

Thanks!!!!
