My laptop model is HP Envy x360 2-in-1 16-ac0xxx. After resetting my laptop all my drivers are gone like the mouse on my laptop isn't working and unable to connect to wifi because no network connection. Can someone please help me find a network driver that works for my laptop.

According to the parts list, your notebook comes with an Intel AX211 Wi-Fi adapter.
M53366-005 SKO-WLAN AX211 BT 5.2 M.2 2230
The drivers for that model Wi-Fi adapter are on your notebook's support page.

If those drivers don't work, then HP must have substituted an equivalent Wi-Fi 6E card for the Intel AX211.
The only way I can figure out if that is the case would be for you to post the hardware ID for the wireless adapter..
When a Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
If you see a the network controller device, post the hardware ID for it so I can find the correct Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers you need.

the model is 16-ac0023dx but the driver network given in this site isn't working for me for some reason. It says how its different from what it was requested. I saved it in a usb and plug in to the laptop with that model.

So, I went to device manager and under other device I selected Network controller and then to detail - hardware Ids. There are more than one in the list, I saw:
1) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7E40&SUBSYS_00948086&REV_20
2) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7E40&SUBSYS_00948086
3) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7E40&CC_028000
4) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7E40&CC_0280

The hardware ID you posted confirms that your notebook does come with an Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E adapter.
You can download the latest drivers for that model Wi-Fi adapter directly from Intel at the links below:

Is there any way that I can download the files to my actual computer that is having the issue because whenever I download the file in another usable computer and save the file into an usb the file got deleted

Unfortunately, I wouldn't have any idea why that is happening because I can download the file with no problem on my Dell PC and copy it to a USB flash drive.
I suggest you purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter and use that temporarily to download any driver files you may need.
They cost less than $20 for a Wi-Fi 6+ Bluetooth model.
