Need to change registered email address

Hi,

I set up a notebook for a friend and part of the setup was to enter an email address which was registered with HP, so I used mine. I've handed over the notebook to the owner now, but I need to change the registered email address with HP - how do I do this ?

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and update the email address.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hi,
I'm in the UK and there is no phone number on the support page. There is a 'Virtual Agent' but I ask my question, and make sure it's sent, and then nobody answers it.
Can you just send me a UK support phone number to use please ?
