Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My warranty was supposed to end March 19, but due to COVID it is extended another 30 days. Just recently, a small piece broke off of the hinge of my laptop. The same side as the power jack, so the female power jack is hanging off. Is this covered by warranty? If so, am I able to get a replacement laptop if I send this one in?

I can't seem to contact an agent at this time, I just hope that when they come back I will be able to get a replacement without it being completely expired. Hope someone or and HP agent can help me on here, since I have absolutely no way to contact one. the Virtual Assistant does not help at all.
