The network driver has been corrected again and wifi not working when i use LAN.

There is a BIOS setting to turn off the LAN/WLAN switching setting.

 

With the setting disabled, both the LAN and Wi-Fi work at the same time.

 

The default setting is Enabled.

 

You may also have to do this after you disable the LAN/WLAN switching setting:

 

Go to the Windows control panel>system & security>administrative tools> services.

 

Stop the "HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching UWP Service" and change the startup to manual.

 

Now both the WIFI and ETHERNET should work at the same time.
