Hi,

 

We really want to try out the F21A BIOS files for the ar0350nd and the ar0697nd. We've got a lot of them but this file is not working. Tried downloading and installing it but it only extracts a HPWINGUI.exe file. The process stays in the taskmanager for a while and then disappears. I even turned off antivirus. 

F20A also had a flaw (overheated the notebook during BIOS upgrade) but this one doesn't even start!

 

Please investigate!

I had a similar issue on my Envy.

Solved the problem by downloading the earlier one and running it until the screen came up to click next and start the reboot then update.  I then ran the newest one and the screen came up for the newest one to reboot and install.
