New HP Pavilion how to disable HP Omen System Optimizer

i have a new HP Pavilion laptop 15-eh3085c with continually asks if I want to allow HP Omen System Optimizer to make changes to my computer.   How do I disable this from continually asking me?    I do not want this feature.

I am using window 11 and I need to create a shortcut to solve this UAC issue for a non administrator user. You mention a programme shortcut but I cannot find a way to make a shortcut for omen system optimiser it doe not show as a separate application as is part of omen gaming hub which also does not have the option of a shortcut only to pin or unpin to task bar.
