Hi there, 

 

just brought nee new laptop for my son. He had not been able to connect to his schools internet to download the free software, like word etc. 

It is saying: You’ll need to ask a adult in your family if you can use Google chrome. 

Once again, this is a new computer.

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

HP DL380z Gen8 Virtual Workstation  must be wrong.
